Itzhaki-Weinberger Consultants (IWC) Limited (Henceforth "IWC Limited"):

IWC Limited will make no representations about the suitability of your gadget or about any content or information made accessible by your gadget, for any purpose.
IWC will provide your gadget to others 'AS IS' without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.
You assume all risks associated with the gadget use or distribution.
IWC Limited makes no representation or warranties with respect to any loss of data, functionality from the downloading, installation or use of your gadget.
Accordingly, IWC Limited shall not be liable under any theory for any damages suffered by you or any user of the gadget.
2. IWC Limited shall not be liable for:
(a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if IWC Limited has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or
(b) any claim by any other party.
3. You hereby agree to the following:
(a) Your gadget will be placed for downloading via the website completely free of charge.
(b) You declare that you made the gadget yourself.
(c) You declare that you hold all copyrights in regard of the gadget and that no other party has any rights regarding the submitted gadget.
(d) You hereby allow IWC to publish your name, e-mail or Website URL as credits, according to your request.
(e) You acknowledge that the operation of our site may from time to time encounter technical or other problems and may not necessarily continue uninterrupted or without technical or other errors and IWC shall not be responsible to you or others for any such interruptions, errors or problems or an outright discontinuance of the service.
(f) There are no assurances whatsoever that any of the Material shall actually be utilized on the website or if so utilized continue to be available for any particular time.
(g) The website may be discontinued at any time, with or without reason.
(h) If for any reason any part of this agreement violates any law or would otherwise be void, this agreement shall be deemed amended to the minimum amount necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
(i) You are of legal age to enter into contracts (you're not a minor).
(j) Your gadget does not and will not violate any laws or be defamatory, libelous, pornographic or obscene.
